This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead Claravine's integrated Product Management and Product Design teams through periods of company expansion.
• Take ownership of product strategy and convert it into a prioritized roadmap focused on category development.
• Balance revenue generation with innovation while aligning the roadmap with primary capability investments.
• Identify trade-offs, risks, and dependencies; propose solutions and implement decisions.
• Execute the roadmap as integrated customer workflows rather than standalone features.
• Uphold the product value model and ensure that roadmap initiatives have commercial hypotheses.
• Create commercial strategies for new product and SKU launches, and hold accountability against new-ARR growth objectives.
• Collaborate with GTM on pricing, packaging, enablement, and presale strategies; engage directly with field Sales teams.
• Establish and manage the product discovery lifecycle.
• Work alongside Customer Success to address product-related issues and ensure resolution.
• Stay informed about buyer activities and the broader MarTech landscape.
• Oversee product adoption, time-to-value, and comprehensive product design.
• Set design standards, quality benchmarks, and implement a measurable UX friction-reduction initiative.
• Enhance visibility and prioritization for product and design challenges.
• Deliver capabilities that improve Claravine's Creative Measurement.
• Facilitate Product-to-Market and Customer Success-to-Product decision-making forums.
• Lead the Product Council, integrating commercial evaluations and customer feedback.
• Define quality benchmarks for product one-pagers, use cases, and specifications, contributing directly when necessary.
• Build and scale a high-performing integrated Product Management and Design organization.
• Clarify roles, establish career paths, and deepen succession planning.
• Mentor product managers and designers throughout the product discovery lifecycle.
• Report directly to the Chief Technology & Product Officer (CTPO).
• Over 10 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS and enterprise workflows.
• More than 5 years of experience leading product managers, including leading other leaders.
• Expertise in AdOps and MarTech, with hands-on experience collaborating with brands and agencies.
• Understand challenges faced by AdOps, creative, production, and analytics teams.
• Proficient in buyer activities: planning, activation, and measurement.
• Well-versed in platform ecosystems such as DAMs, DSPs, DMPs, CDPs, and campaign activation platforms.
• Proven history of developing complex products through multiple iterations in at least two organizations catering to a growing enterprise customer base.
• Demonstrable revenue linked to owned products or SKUs, including responsibility for new-product or new-SKU revenue metrics and accountability.
• Experience collaborating with GTM on pricing and packaging, leading to commercially successful product launches.
• Direct management experience with designers or a strong working relationship with design leadership, resulting in measurable improvements in UX quality.
• Experience in delivering AI-powered features tied to quantifiable customer outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to clearly convey product vision and foster accountability across teams not directly managed.
