Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the product at GaggleAMP, ensuring that delivered features simplify customers' tasks and provide measurable value to the organization.

• Analyze recorded customer interactions to gain insights into their challenges and language patterns.

• Collaborate with developers, engineering teams, customer success, the CEO, and CS team members.

• Implement product principles, persona documentation, brand guidelines, and go-to-market strategies.

• Review the product backlog and form opinions on prioritization.

• Define product optimizations based on usage data and facilitate engineering handoff.

• Create written first-impressions documentation for leadership review.

• Define, design, and transfer significant new projects with engineering collaboration.

• Lead and manage weekly product/design review sessions.

• Develop quarterly roadmap proposals that encompass new features, optimizations to existing processes, and infrastructure impacting usability.

• Establish a routine for customer conversations, aiming for at least two live calls per month.

• Make justifiable decisions on feature prioritization, including the ability to decline requests when necessary.

• Work closely with engineering on ongoing project deliveries and engage directly with the CEO regarding product strategy.

• Manage the product lifecycle comprehensively, including customer interactions, strategic choices, UI contributions, user stories, and product launches.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over five years of experience in product management, demonstrating a history of managing products from inception to engineering handoff.

• Proven record of delivering products in a small company environment or as an initial product hire.

• Ability to work independently as the primary product function while fostering strong cross-functional collaboration.

• Proficient and thoughtful integration of AI tools within your work processes.

• Familiarity with design tools like Figma is advantageous but not mandatory.
