This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Engage directly with customers to comprehend their operational requirements, challenges, and existing workflows.

• Convert customer needs into actionable product briefs and specifications for AI skills.

• Detect discrepancies between customer requirements and current capabilities, prioritizing future developments.

• Sustain feedback channels between customer insights and decisions made by product and engineering teams.

• Develop, configure, and enhance AI skills and automation processes.

• Collaborate with AI platforms, agents, and tools to supplant manual or consultant-reliant processes.

• Evaluate and refine AI-driven features and workflows using actual usage and performance metrics.

• Spot opportunities for AI to enhance speed, precision, or the quality of outputs.

• Take ownership of product initiatives from the requirements phase through to deployment.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure builds stay on schedule and meet customer expectations.

• Document processes, specifications, and configurations for AI skills.

• Continuously enhance products and workflows through AI and automation.

• Complete application materials, a video introduction, role-specific assessments if necessary, recruitment interviews, executive interviews, client interviews, and background/reference checks.


⛳️ Requirements

• Authentic fluency in AI; naturally integrate AI tools into your work.

• Prior experience in product management, product operations, or a related role necessitating strategic thinking and practical execution.

• Capability to collect customer requirements and convert them into precise product or technical specifications.

• Comfortable with building or configuring AI tools, automations, or workflows.

• Excellent written English communication skills for documentation, customer interactions, and asynchronous collaboration.

• Self-motivated with a strong ability to follow through and take ownership of an initiative from inception to delivery.

• Nice to have: experience in building with LLMs, AI agents, Claude, or similar AI development tools.

• Nice to have: background in a product or operations role within a software, SaaS, or AI company.

• Nice to have: knowledge of paid media, CMS platforms, or video analytics.

• Nice to have: experience in customer discovery or success.

• Nice to have: experience in a startup or early-stage company.

• An updated resume is required.

• A short Loom video (1 to 2 minutes) is required, introducing yourself and showcasing an AI tool, automation, or skill you have built or configured.

• Only candidates who provide a Loom video will advance to the next stage of the hiring process.
