Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +15 more states.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement the ActivityHero product roadmap in alignment with company objectives and customer requirements.

• Collaborate with teams in engineering, design, marketing, customer experience, and sales to roll out product features.

• Oversee scrum and release cycles with the remote engineering team.

• Establish product requirements and user stories.

• Prioritize features based on their impact, feasibility, and customer insights.

• Monitor product performance, collect feedback, and make iterative improvements to enhance user experience.

• Lead the strategy for beta and pilot programs, including customer selection, evaluation criteria, and synthesis.

• Maintain expertise in K-12 district personas within the expanded learning domain.

• Utilize AI tools for research, competitive analysis, opportunity assessment, requirements drafting, and stakeholder communications.

• Assess and recommend AI/ML capabilities for integration with the SIS platform.

• Advocate for AI literacy across the product team.

• Facilitate cross-functional and cross-divisional alignment and build consensus among teams.

• Lead go-to-market strategies and manage the post-launch feedback loop with Customer Success.

• Interact with customers and external stakeholders at conferences and advisory sessions.

• Enhance product development workflows and tools by implementing standardized processes and promoting adoption.

• Create and maintain dashboards and KPI tracking for product performance, trends in customer feedback, and feature impact.

• Travel up to 5% for conferences and industry events throughout California.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Product Management.

• Proven expertise in customer research, discovery, and prototype-based validation.

• Strongly preferred experience in K-12 EdTech, Student Information Systems, or education administration software.

• Experience with structured discovery frameworks.

• Familiarity with product analytics platforms.

• Solid understanding of Agile processes and iterative product development.

• Agile or product management certification is a plus.

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.

• Proficiency in Azure DevOps, Jira, Aha!, or similar product management tools.

• Experience with AI prototyping and productivity tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Lovable, and Figma.

• Must be based in one of the following states: Arizona, California, Florida, Maryland, Maine, Michigan, Missouri, Nevada, New York, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Washington, or Wyoming.

• A reliable home workspace that minimizes distractions.

• Ability to travel as necessary.
