This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France, +3 more countries.
• Establish the product roadmap for one or more active RPG titles, covering core gameplay loops, progression pacing, monetization strategies, gacha mechanics, PvP elements, seasonal content, guild/pass structures, and the overall health of the in-game economy.
• Manage LiveOps comprehensively, including scheduling, events, and player retention strategies.
• Lead a dedicated team of professionals in product development, design, and economic strategies.
• Supervise the monetization framework and balance the growth of in-app purchases and ad revenue.
• Collaborate with the user acquisition team to drive user growth and acquisition efforts.
• Utilize player data, insights from creative efforts, and campaign results to inform the product roadmap.
• Engage with Publishing and studio teams by aligning on shared KPIs.
• Comprehend and facilitate game development and release processes from initial concept through to launch.
• Implement genre benchmarks and industry best practices in product decision-making.
• Remain actively involved with data analytics and game systems.
• Take charge of the product, economy, and LiveOps for a significant RPG title, with the potential to oversee product development across the broader RPG portfolio.
• Multiple years of product experience in live mobile games, particularly in the RPG genre.
• Full ownership of an economy, progression system, monetization strategy, key features, or product roadmaps.
• Experience with live free-to-play mobile games, preferably in the RPG/midcore category.
• Strong understanding of RPG mechanics and meta systems, including progression dynamics, power curves, collection elements, PvP/social features, seasonal content, and passes.
• Excellent instincts regarding mobile marketability.
• Ideally, experience guiding a title from concept or pre-launch stages through to launch and LiveOps, or influencing product direction across several titles.
• Extensive LiveOps experience.
• Proven track record of owning features from inception to completion: identifying, developing, launching, measuring, and iterating.
• Practical knowledge of what a live team can realistically produce and sustain.
• Strong cross-functional leadership capabilities across Design, Publishing, Data, Economy, User Acquisition, Growth, and external studios.
• Ability to set objectives and lead others while staying engaged with the game, systems, and data.
• Experience flourishing in lean, dynamic, and highly autonomous teams.
• Proficiency in English for collaboration; the company primarily hires within European time zones (UTC to UTC+3).
