VP of Product

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Define, enhance, and implement MEDvidi’s long-term AI-focused product vision and strategy.

• Lead, mentor, and manage the entire product and engineering organization across the Core Track and AI Clinic Track.

• Oversee the functions of Product Management, Engineering, Design, Data, and Product Marketing Management.

• Establish and uphold high standards for product quality and execution speed.

• Facilitate quarterly strategy and OKR planning at the executive level.

• Address cross-functional obstacles through direct daily interaction with teams.

• Identify opportunities by engaging directly with teams.

• Continuously enhance the product and engineering culture and processes.

• Collaborate with department heads and the CEO on initiatives at the company level.

• Report directly to the CEO.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in product management.

• A minimum of 3–5 years in a senior leadership position overseeing multiple product teams.

• Experience in leading cross-functional teams that include design, data, and/or engineering.

• Demonstrated success in growing existing products and developing new products from inception to launch.

• Practical experience in creating AI-first products.

• Familiarity with RAG systems, Agentic AI, and AI evaluations.

• Capability to independently build an AI product prototype without reliance on engineering.

• Experience in behavioral design.

• Proficient executive-level communication skills.

• Experience in steering company-wide strategy and conducting quarterly OKR planning.

• Data-driven mindset utilizing a segment → root cause → fix methodology.

• Structured problem-solving skills using issue trees, hypothesis trees, or similar frameworks.

• Cultural alignment: ownership, focus, radical transparency, and evidence-based decision-making.

• Advanced English proficiency (C1+).

• Fluent in Russian.
