This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France, +1 more country.
• Enhance and expand Joko's existing revenue streams through Online, In-Store, and Gift Card sales.
• Report directly to Fabien, the VP of Product.
• Supervise Product Managers who lead each task force.
• Establish the tribe strategy for Business Lines and make priority decisions across three task forces.
• Allocate engineering resources and budget while effectively communicating trade-offs to leadership.
• Take ownership of the complete revenue cycle, encompassing catch rate, track rate, attribution, commissions, and cashback dependability.
• Examine funnel inefficiencies and identify key areas for revenue enhancement.
• Manage affiliate tracking and attribution, card-linked payment integrations, checkout processes, and coupon systems.
• Advocate for user requirements and convert challenges into product enhancements and improved customer experiences.
• Formulate strategies addressing privacy regulations, browser tracking limitations, shifts in the payment ecosystem, and competitive dynamics.
• Guide and develop Product Managers focused on Online, In-Store, and Gift Cards.
• Define key performance indicators for each business line and ensure accountability for revenue contributions.
• Collaborate with B2B merchant teams, Care, Data, affiliate partners, and payment providers.
• Over 5 years of experience in Product management.
• Proven experience in leading or mentoring fellow Product Managers.
• Ideally, experience with consumer products.
• Strong background in e-commerce, marketplaces, payments, adtech, or affiliate marketing is highly desirable.
• Skill in analyzing funnels, breaking metrics into components, and discerning signal from noise.
• Business acumen related to revenue, margins, trade-offs, and understanding levers in euros.
• Demonstrated success in people management.
• Technical insight into browser behavior, cookies, redirects, backend systems, and card networks; coding knowledge is not necessary.
• Experience conducting genuine A/B tests and designing experiments that yield meaningful insights.
• Strong skills in alignment, prioritization, stakeholder leadership, and the ability to decline requests when necessary.
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment influenced by browsers, merchants, regulations, and competitive pressures.
• Regular hands-on use of AI tools in product-related tasks.
• Must be based in France or Spain.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• French proficiency is a bonus but not mandatory.
