
Senior Product Manager β Agent Workflows, Integrations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Take ownership of the entire product lifecycle for Workflows and Integrations, from idea incubation through general availability and ongoing scaling.
β’ Define and refine the product vision and strategy by synthesizing insights from customers, market trends, and business objectives into a comprehensive roadmap.
β’ Identify development tasks that are suitable for automation and establish requirements that enable teams to trust agents to operate autonomously.
β’ Manage the integration interface, encompassing third-party tools, partner development, APIs, and authentication tasks.
β’ Investigate customer challenges through engagement with enterprise accounts, feedback from the community, and analysis of the ecosystem.
β’ Develop robust problem statements, precise requirements, and clear execution plans while maintaining agility.
β’ Facilitate executive roadmap reviews, product demonstrations, and discussions with enterprise stakeholders.
β’ Work alongside PMM on decisions regarding licensing, packaging, and pricing.
β’ Over 5 years of experience in developing software products from start to finish, with at least 3 years focused on developer-facing or infrastructure products.
β’ Proven experience in creating products that have been embraced by developers or used by platform and DevOps professionals.
β’ Familiarity with developer platforms, CI/CD processes, workflow and orchestration systems, API and integration platforms, infrastructure-as-code, or cloud infrastructure.
β’ Experience in bringing an agentic or LLM product to production, including tool design and evaluation processes.
β’ Proven track record of owning a platform, API, or extensibility surface utilized by other developers.
β’ Understanding of versioning, authentication, and governance trade-offs.
β’ Demonstrated success in taking a product from inception to general availability.
β’ Experience in delivering solutions to enterprise engineering organizations.
β’ Strong technical background to enable effective collaboration with engineers and informed decision-making.
β’ Ability to work autonomously and set priorities with minimal supervision.
β’ Willingness to travel occasionally for customer and industry-related engagements.
