Product Manager, Real Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of Hightouch's real-time offerings within the Customer Data Infrastructure.

• Lead product decisions related to Events, Real-Time Evaluation, and the Personalization API.

• Manage the roadmap and execution for the Real-Time product suite.

• Develop product specifications and guide them to completion.

• Collaborate with engineering teams on architectural choices and scaling initiatives.

• Represent the Real-Time suite to prominent enterprise clients.

• Conduct competitive analysis and gather customer insights.

• Define the strategy and positioning for Hightouch's real-time products.

• Strong technical expertise in systems design, architecture, and scaling considerations.

• Proven experience delivering actual products in technical fields such as data platforms, events, distributed systems, identity, or cross-product platforms.

• Customer-centric product judgment, including the ability to differentiate between customer needs and requests.

• Capability to assess work based on outcomes.

• Proficient written communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information for engineers, customers, and executives.

• Proven ability to quickly grasp new concepts and areas.

• Experience collaborating with engineering on architectural and scaling decisions.

• Ability to work alongside go-to-market teams and assist in pipeline support.

• Must possess eligibility to work in the U.S.; this will be verified post-hire through E-Verify.
