This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Take ownership of the Suite roadmap, converting business objectives into a structured, actionable plan with defined success metrics.
• Manage the shared platform layer, encompassing navigation, UI framework, and common components utilized by all product teams.
• Establish platform standards while balancing the requirements of various product teams.
• Revamp the onboarding experience to shorten the time-to-live from months to weeks, eliminate manual processes, and enable self-service onboarding.
• Develop multi-property functionalities, including property switching, shared and inherited configurations, bulk modifications, and scalable navigation.
• Enhance the Admin experience, focusing on invoicing, consent and terms management, and routine configurations.
• Oversee authentication and access management, including login, SSO, user administration, and permissions within a multi-tenant setting.
• Create the Support & Knowledge layer, which includes ticketing integration, a knowledge base, contextual assistance, and chatbot features.
• Conduct ongoing discovery sessions with hoteliers alongside the UX team.
• Maintain close relationships with internal users in Onboarding, Support, and Training/eLearning.
• Leverage data and AI-supported analysis to pinpoint platform friction, prioritize resolutions, and assess the impact of releases.
• Collaborate with teams in Onboarding, Support, Sales, Customer Success, Training, and other product divisions.
• Align stakeholders on priorities and ensure that changes are implemented operationally and technically.
• Over 3 years of experience as a Product Manager or a closely related role such as Product Owner, with genuine ownership of discovery and prioritization.
• Background in the hospitality sector.
• A product-focused mindset that prioritizes user challenges and business results.
• Experience in onboarding, configuration, or administrative aspects of a SaaS product.
• Familiarity with a SaaS platform catering to multiple user types.
• Understanding of security, performance, user experience consistency, and data management in a multi-tenant environment.
• Comfort in interacting with both external users and internal operational teams.
• Practical experience using AI tools for research, generating user insights, and rapid prototyping.
• Strong organizational abilities.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Capability to back recommendations with data.
• Proficiency in Polish at a minimum of C1 level.
• Adequate English skills for collaboration with international clients and teams.
• Solid grasp of Agile product development methodologies.
• A strong enthusiasm for developing and continuously enhancing products and services.
• Nice to have: experience with hotel groups or chains.
• Nice to have: expertise in information architecture and navigation design for complex platforms.
• Nice to have: familiarity with ticketing and knowledge base tools such as Zoho, as well as chatbot implementations.
