This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take ownership of the product vision and long-term roadmap by transforming customer needs, market trends, and internal capabilities into a targeted strategy that fosters growth and innovation.
• Serve as a vital member of the executive team, collaborating with the CEO, CTO, and other leaders to prioritize initiatives and align product direction with the overall business strategy.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and operations to define, develop, and implement product solutions that balance usability, scalability, and technical feasibility.
• Lead initiatives to comprehend the entire value chain, including upstream and downstream workflows before and after product usage, to guide roadmap development and product positioning.
• Spot opportunities for new products and features that deliver significant differentiation and long-term value to customers.
• Define and communicate how each product initiative aligns with the broader P&L and strategic objectives of the organization.
• Steer the company through essential product decisions, offering a software-native, outcome-oriented viewpoint within a hardware-and-software business context.
• Report directly to the CEO and collaborate closely with the CTO, COO, and the wider executive team.
• Over 10 years of product management experience, including leadership positions in B2B SaaS or hardware-enabled software sectors.
• Proven success in establishing product vision and crafting roadmaps that drive company strategy and achieve significant business results.
• Experience in developing new products from conception to launch, rather than merely enhancing existing platforms.
• Strong grounding in SaaS product management, with a history of implementing best practices that support teams with deep industry or hardware knowledge.
• Experience operating within the $10–25M ARR range, preferably in PE-backed environments.
• Proven experience collaborating directly with executive teams and boards in dynamic, performance-driven settings.
• A strong track record of connecting product strategy to P&L outcomes, including revenue growth, cost efficiency, and long-term margin improvement.
• Experience in AgTech software is advantageous.
