This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take the lead in shaping Analyst1's marketing strategy as the company strengthens its market position, refines go-to-market approaches, and accelerates growth in both commercial and government sectors.
• Oversee digital marketing, demand generation, content and product marketing, branding, communications, social media, channel marketing, operations, and website management.
• Develop value propositions focused on enterprise clients, creating unique messaging and channel strategies.
• Manage the entire demand generation process from campaign or event creation to lead follow-up, pipeline nurturing, tracking, and conversion to Sales.
• Leverage data analytics and AI to assess the performance of marketing programs, enhance messaging, optimize the marketing funnel, and evaluate the success of initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, SDR, and Channels teams to ensure marketing efforts align with sales goals.
• Formulate go-to-market strategies for new initiatives and products aimed at enterprise customers.
• Define, own, track, measure, and report on marketing KPIs linked to revenue growth.
• Continuously enhance campaigns and marketing processes based on analytical insights.
• Stay updated on emerging marketing trends, technologies, and industry best practices.
• Experiment with and implement innovative marketing initiatives and AI to foster growth and differentiation.
• 8–10+ years of marketing leadership experience, preferably in B2B SaaS and cybersecurity.
• A solid history of directing marketing strategy and execution to achieve revenue growth from $10 million to $50 million or more.
• Experience in scaling a company into the enterprise market.
• Proven ability to execute comprehensive and integrated growth strategies.
• Proficiency in demand generation, funnel optimization, and multi-channel marketing strategies.
• Practical experience with contemporary marketing tools and technologies.
• Strong skills in product marketing, including ideal customer profile (ICP), positioning, messaging, value propositions, segmentation, vertical marketing, analyst relations, thought leadership, customer insights, competitive analysis, battle cards, and input for product roadmaps.
• Capability to measure and assess campaign effectiveness and convert leads into sales.
• Outstanding leadership, collaboration, and communication abilities.
• Experience in building and managing high-performing teams.
• Skill in designing, executing, and optimizing scalable marketing processes.
• Ability to implement AI to drive measurable business outcomes.
• Demonstrated use of analytics and insights for performance optimization.
• Experience in the cyber threat intelligence market is a plus.
