• Oversee fully remote engineering teams characterized by high levels of trust and accountability.

• Integrate compliance requirements into systems and engineering processes.

• Over 12 years of experience in engineering leadership roles.

• Proven track record of leading engineering teams through various stages of company growth.

• Experience in environments that necessitate interaction with the board, investors, and executive leadership.

• A robust perspective on AI-native engineering and its impact on engineering positions, organizations, and software delivery economics.

• Capability to substantiate viewpoints on industry direction while differentiating between genuine trends and mere hype.

• Extensive technical knowledge in system architecture, AI and data infrastructures, and deployment pipelines.

• Strong customer empathy and product insight.

• Experience managing fully remote teams with a focus on trust and accountability.

• Background in regulated sectors such as insurance, fintech, healthcare, or similar is highly advantageous.

• Familiarity with compliance standards including SOC 2, HIPAA, and state cybersecurity regulations.
