This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with key stakeholders at financial institutions and retail organizations to generate new revenue for Loomis.
• Lead growth initiatives by applying sales strategies and executing business development plans.
• Drive new revenue by promoting Loomis’s cash logistics and financial services solutions.
• Prospect, develop, and manage relationships with senior decision-makers at designated banking and retail industry accounts throughout the U.S.
• Implement sales strategies and business plans aimed at achieving or surpassing revenue quotas and growth objectives.
• Strategically plan and sell solutions including ATM services, Armored transportation, Cash Vault Processing, and various other services profitably.
• Serve as a consultant to develop solutions that provide differentiated value within the financial supply chain.
• Collaborate with corporate, Branch, and District staff to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to guide product development, pricing, and competitive positioning.
• Conduct calls and presentations, and network with senior Loomis personnel and colleagues.
• Represent Loomis at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
• Maintain precise sales pipeline reporting and CRM documentation for forecasting, performance tracking, and strategic planning.
• Perform additional duties as required.
• Report to the SVP–National Financial Business Development regarding overall performance and results.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 7 years of B2B sales experience, ideally with large regional or national accounts.
• Experience in consultative sales within the financial, banking, supply chain, or service industries.
• Proven history of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
• A focus on enhancing portfolio design, total cost, and service improvements through technology and process enhancement techniques.
• Financial or accounting experience with an emphasis on value proposition design; including unit cost, total cost, EVA, and service enhancements.
• An analytical approach to presenting business solutions.
• Ability to foster constructive, collaborative working relationships with District Vice Presidents, Branch, and Corporate personnel.
• Willingness to travel as necessary to meet with clients and business partners.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to align sales initiatives with organizational goals.
• Capability to think strategically while maintaining a customer-focused perspective.
• Proven ability to build and sustain robust client relationships.
• Effective communication skills with individuals at various organizational levels and external business contacts.
• Strong presentation and negotiation abilities, capable of influencing stakeholders.
• Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and other relevant software.
• Ability to act with integrity and professionalism while maintaining confidentiality.
• Commission structure available in addition to the base salary range.
