This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Drive the growth strategy by establishing commercial direction, identifying priority markets, structuring target accounts, and making investment decisions.
• Take the lead in securing executive access, formulating pursuit strategies, and closing deals with significant new clients.
• Develop a structured, team-oriented initiative for acquiring new logos.
• Design and deliver large, distinctive, outcome-focused consulting, technology, engineering, and managed services agreements.
• Act as the organization’s representative among senior industry executives, boards, partners, and leaders within the ecosystem.
• Enhance the external perspective on AI, digital engineering, and regulated transformation.
• Unify the leadership in Life Sciences, Healthcare, and Medical Devices around a shared growth strategy.
• Implement processes for qualification, account prioritization, forecasting, deal governance, and conversion excellence.
• Maintain oversight of revenue, margin, risk, and resource requirements.
• Mentor senior sales and sector leaders, aligning front-end growth initiatives with delivery excellence.
• Leverage existing relationships judiciously to unlock significant new programs while concentrating on generating new revenue.
• Around 15 years or more of progressive experience in enterprise sales, business leadership, or market development.
• Extensive background in global technology services, digital engineering, consulting, or a closely related enterprise product organization.
• Primarily experienced in Life Sciences, with current or recent duties involving sales to pharmaceutical, biotech, or related Life Sciences clients.
• Significant exposure to Healthcare and Medical Devices, gained through current responsibilities or previous leadership roles.
• Proven track record of acquiring major new clients and establishing substantial new revenue streams.
• Experience managing or influencing a nine-figure portfolio or leading a similarly complex scale-up with multiple industry segments, large bids, and global delivery teams.
• Established executive relationships and a relevant network within pharmaceutical, biotech, MedTech, payer, provider, or HealthTech sectors.
• Capability to drive growth and sales rather than primarily focusing on account management.
• Proficiency in converting industry insights into board and C-suite discussions, unique propositions, and intricate transformation initiatives.
• Must be located in the United States; preference for East Coast candidates.
• Openness to remote work combined with significant travel commitments.
