This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota, +1 more state.
• Develop and implement the commercial strategy for the Enterprise segment focusing on both retention and new business acquisition.
• Lead a team of elite sales professionals catering to our largest clients.
• Propel the transition towards an enterprise-level, value-driven, consultative sales approach.
• Establish processes for forecasting, pipeline evaluation, and performance management.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to execute go-to-market strategies and enablement efforts.
• Cultivate talent and foster a high-performing sales culture.
• Partner with General Managers and divisional leadership to shape customer strategies, pricing structures, and territory designs.
• Communicate customer insights and competitive intelligence to impact product roadmaps and service improvements.
• Regularly engage with clients and internal teams, coach on-market execution, and ensure value-driven outcomes.
• Improve sales readiness, operational efficiency, and the integration of data, analytics, and AI-driven insights.
• Align sales objectives, compensation structures, and performance metrics with overarching strategic goals.
• Represent Wolters Kluwer’s values, leadership standards, innovation, inclusion, and commitment to customer success.
• Over 15 years of progressive sales leadership experience in enterprise software or SaaS sectors.
• Experience in managing both field and inside sales teams across diverse segments.
• Proven success in driving revenue growth through value-based solution selling and SaaS or subscription-based approaches.
• Experience in leading commercial organizations through sales modernization, encompassing forecasting rigor, pipeline evaluation, and metrics-driven process improvements.
• Established ability to collaborate across functions with Product, Marketing, and Revenue Operations.
• Proficient in Salesforce (SFDC) and data-driven sales management methodologies.
• A history of building and scaling high-performing teams, mentoring talent, and developing future leaders.
• Experience working within a matrixed, global organization.
• Strong commercial insight and understanding of ARR growth, CAC efficiency, and margin optimization.
