This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of Centene's enterprise Member Experience and Omnichannel Engagement portfolio.
• Create seamless and personalized interactions across digital, mobile, web, contact center, and outreach channels.
• Oversee member preferences and consent management, customer interaction history, audience segmentation, outreach orchestration, digital self-service, and channel modernization.
• Establish and maintain a product vision that is aligned with the corporate strategy across the enterprise.
• Define multi-year transformation roadmaps and prioritize investments effectively.
• Drive alignment among business units, markets, and corporate functions.
• Develop business cases and plans for value realization.
• Establish standards for enterprise product management throughout the product lifecycle.
• Manage integrated dependency mapping and sequencing across products, initiatives, data capabilities, platforms, and enterprise architecture.
• Own end-to-end outcomes across intricate customer and business journeys.
• Lead the redesign of enterprise capabilities across People, Process, Technology, Data, Governance, and Performance management.
• Chair cross-functional governance forums and resolve competing priorities effectively.
• Collaborate with technology to maintain a cohesive delivery roadmap that includes scope, milestones, dependencies, resource assumptions, acceptance criteria, and release plans.
• Hold business and technology partners accountable for execution, quality, dependencies, and desired outcomes.
• Maintain accountability through stabilization, optimization, support-model readiness, lifecycle management, and value realization.
• Serve as the accountable business counterpart to Tech Product Owners and technology delivery leaders.
• Drive enterprise adoption and operational readiness initiatives.
• Perform other assigned duties.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience gained through relevant knowledge, duties, scope, and skills.
• Over 10 years of experience in leading large-scale transformation initiatives and enterprise product management.
• An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Ability to establish an enterprise-wide product vision that aligns with corporate strategy.
• Competence in defining multi-year transformation roadmaps across interconnected products, experiences, and capabilities.
• Ability to prioritize investments that maximize enterprise value and strategic differentiation.
• Experience in developing business cases and plans for value realization for transformational initiatives.
• Proven experience in establishing enterprise product management standards.
• Experience in managing dependency maps and sequencing across products, initiatives, lines of business, data capabilities, platforms, and enterprise architecture.
• Ability to translate business strategy, user needs, operational requirements, and regulatory obligations into prioritized, testable product requirements and business acceptance criteria.
