This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Take charge of release planning for the product workflow, which includes the creation and prioritization of initiatives and EPICs that align with the roadmap, customer value, and business objectives.
• Facilitate weekly meta-scrum meetings with Development, Product Analysis, and cross-functional collaborators.
• Execute voice-of-customer initiatives, conduct market research, perform usage analysis, and gather feedback through surveys and reviews.
• Formulate product strategy and establish long-term roadmap direction, focusing on ROI, feature adoption, integration plans, reference site strategies, technology gaps, and innovation prospects.
• Identify KPIs, monitor product performance, and create data visualizations and reports.
• Assist with business reviews and stakeholder deliverables, which include financial updates, marketing roadmap presentations, sales reports, and product-level P&L readiness.
• Work in collaboration with Marketing on VOC, ROI development, product awareness, internal forums, and product branding initiatives.
• Coordinate with Sales and Commercial partners on workflow inquiries, pricing strategies, tender responses, customer updates, demos, thought leadership, and product positioning.
• Oversee NPI activities, CMR approvals, webinar content, and training requirements.
• Provide product demonstrations to validate functionalities and complementary features.
• Establish clinical and technical direction while collaborating with product development teams.
• Advocate for Agile principles.
• Foster an environment of innovation and facilitate professional development.
• Manage conflict and change management activities.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution, completed and verified prior to employment commencement.
• Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in clinical software.
• At least eight (8) years of expertise in Medical Coding within Outpatient Facility settings (Same Day Surgery, ED, Observation, Ancillary).
• Valid Coding Certification (RHIA, RHIT, CCS, COC).
• Proficient in analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to support business decisions.
• Experience utilizing SQL, Power BI, and Amazon QuickSight for querying, analyzing, and reporting data.
• Background in applying statistical methods and techniques for data analysis and predictive model evaluation.
• Proven experience in effectively communicating technical and business information to various audiences.
• Skilled in gathering, analyzing, and integrating user, customer, or stakeholder requirements into effective solutions.
• Familiarity with web analytics tools.
• Experience in communicating clinical concepts and terminology to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
• Knowledge of product management methodologies.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and experience working with distributed teams.
• Strong problem-solving abilities in a logical, methodical, and time-efficient manner.
