Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the Product Manager to oversee and prioritize the product backlog for EverPath Technology, Probing, and Multiaxis Milling.

• Convert product strategy and roadmap goals into epics, user stories, and defects.

• Offer clear guidance to Agile development teams.

• Steer the delivery of high-quality software solutions that align with product priorities, customer requirements, and business objectives.

• Advocate for the team in developing high-quality products.

• Work alongside developers to achieve results in a timely and agile fashion.

• Identify business needs and articulate product-feature requirements in collaboration with Product Managers and stakeholders.

• Present product concepts, strategies, and designs to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Collaborate with the scrum team to create and implement new features using Agile methodologies.

• Establish and maintain prioritized, detailed work item backlogs.

• Coordinate with QC and Tech Service to support the Mastercam community and handle software-change requests through Digital.AI Agility.

• Provide insights into project progress.

• Validate new features with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Contribute to long-term roadmaps and release planning.

• Promote products and support the Mastercam community through conferences, trade shows, open houses, visits, rollout meetings, forums, and social media.

• Engage in professional, technical, and career development training.

• Execute other duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related engineering discipline or equivalent experience is required.

• Certified Scrum Product Owner certification is preferred.

• 6–9 years of experience in a technical CAD/CAM environment in Product Management.

• Practical experience and a solid understanding of contemporary software development methodologies, ideally within an Agile context.

• Strong creative, critical, analytical, and effective problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

• Capability to assess risks.

• Proficiency in multi-tasking while maintaining organization.

• Ability to work independently with a self-directed approach.

• Proven time management capabilities.

• Ability to work effectively and lead in a team environment.

• Above-average written and verbal communication skills.

• Capacity to provide accurate and timely information in a succinct and clear manner.
