This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.
• Formulate product strategies and roadmaps driven by client needs, market dynamics, competitive analysis, technological capabilities, risk factors, and organizational objectives.
• Oversee the lifecycle of Treasury Management products from development and implementation to enhancement, evaluation, and retirement.
• Manage testing, readiness, communication, training, and post-launch assessments.
• Evaluate metrics such as adoption rates, utilization, transaction volumes, fee income, profitability, pricing, and service performance.
• Act as the subject matter expert for payments, receivables, liquidity, fraud prevention, and other commercial cash management solutions.
• Assess emerging technologies and evolving client expectations.
• Assist Treasury Management Sales and Relationship Managers in addressing complex client requirements, positioning solutions, and fostering product adoption.
• Collaborate with Operations, IT, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Information Security, and other stakeholders on enhancements, system modifications, product challenges, and new capabilities.
• Supervise fintech and financial services vendors, focusing on performance, service standards, issue resolution, enhancements, renewals, and relationship management.
• Create product training, documentation, sales resources, and educational materials.
• Aid in product risk assessments, audits, examinations, vendor reviews, and compliance with regulatory standards, including BSA, AML, OFAC, and Nacha.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field is required.
• Over 5 years of experience in Treasury Management, cash management, commercial banking product management, or a similar area.
• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation is preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of Treasury Management and commercial payments, including ACH, wire transfers, real-time or faster payments, receivables, liquidity solutions, and fraud prevention services.
• Proven experience in managing products throughout their development, implementation, enhancement, and ongoing performance evaluation phases.
• Demonstrated capability in analyzing product performance, pricing, profitability, adoption, transaction activity, and other data to formulate recommendations and support decision-making.
• Experience in managing fintech, technology, or other third-party financial services relationships.
• Strong understanding of operational, regulatory, technological, and risk factors related to Treasury Management products.
• Familiarity with commercial banking platforms, core banking systems, digital banking solutions, system integrations, or API-enabled financial services is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, project management, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills; adept at translating complex product and technical information into accessible business terms.
• Ability to drive cross-functional initiatives, manage multiple priorities, and influence results without direct supervisory authority.
• Proficient in operating a computer and standard office equipment, and capable of reviewing detailed product, financial, transaction, contract, and system information throughout the workday.
• Capacity to remain stationary for extended periods while performing computer-based tasks and engaging in virtual meetings.
• Ability to maintain focus, accuracy, confidentiality, and sound judgment while handling complex and time-sensitive information.
