This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Drive sales growth profitably while overseeing margin, inventory, supplier performance, and customer requirements.
• Create and manage a competitive national product portfolio by leveraging market insights, customer feedback, and data analysis.
• Identify and assess business opportunities through Voice of Customer initiatives and market share evaluations.
• Formulate business cases for new products, encompassing product positioning and pricing strategies.
• Oversee product life cycles by defining both short- and long-term product visions.
• Collaborate with Regional Parts Managers and sales leadership to pinpoint and pursue growth opportunities.
• Assess and escalate project and product risks to the supervisor and senior management as necessary.
• Keep track of competitive activities and products while conducting ongoing product and service gap analyses.
• Lead supplier business reviews, focusing on sales, profitability, inventory, service levels, rebates, pricing, and growth opportunities.
• Establish price-to-market through margin assessments and competitive positioning strategies.
• Provide both internal and external sales support concerning product benefits and features, including product and dealer meetings.
• Undertake additional projects and duties that support ongoing business needs.
• Report directly to the Director of Business Development – Aftermarket Parts.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in product management, distribution, sales, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong preference for candidates with HVAC aftermarket or distribution experience.
• Bachelor’s degree; a preference for candidates with a background in sciences.
• An MBA is a plus.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
• Excellent verbal, written, and public speaking communication abilities.
• Proficient in developing presentations, written memos, and product training materials.
• Good judgment and decision-making skills to lead multifunctional new product programs to market successfully.
• Ability to apply business and financial methodologies effectively.
• Strong skill in building relationships and influencing stakeholders.
• Effective organizational and time management capabilities.
• Intermediate understanding of HVAC technology and components.
• Familiarity with durable goods manufacturing processes.
• Proficient in quality problem-solving techniques, including root cause analysis.
• Ability to incorporate Voice of Customer feedback into the product cycle.
• Advanced knowledge of HVAC technology, aftermarket part components, and the industry.
• Good judgment, a strong work ethic, and integrity are essential.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Must be capable of performing essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for supplier meetings and customer visits.
