Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Rezilient’s member experience.

• Convert insights from leadership, clinical teams, customers, and data into a prioritized roadmap with clear outcomes.

• Convey roadmap decisions and trade-offs to executives and front-line care teams.

• Ensure that products comply with HIPAA, security, and healthcare regulatory standards.

• Lead product discovery initiatives involving members and internal stakeholders.

• Draft product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Collaborate with the Design team on user flows, prototypes, and usability testing.

• Work alongside Engineering to plan sprints, manage the backlog, and maintain timely delivery.

• Collaborate with Product Operations and QA to ensure that releases are tested, documented, and prepared.

• Lead launch planning efforts with Clinical Operations, Customer Success, and Implementation teams.

• Define and monitor product KPIs related to member activation, engagement, utilization, and app store reviews.

• Leverage analytics, customer feedback, and operational data to uncover opportunities and assess impact.

• Communicate product updates and insights to leadership and cross-functional partners.

• Share frameworks, templates, and best practices to enhance product practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.

• 5+ years of product management experience, including full ownership of a product or product area from discovery to launch and iteration.

• Background in healthcare, health tech, or the consumer health industry.

• Successfully shipped and scaled at least one consumer mobile health, wellness, or fitness application with a substantial active user base.

• Experience in integrating AI or machine learning features into a product.

• Proficiency with AI-enabled productivity tools, with discernment about when human research and review are essential.

• Strong capabilities in writing requirements, prioritizing backlogs, and collaborating daily with engineering and design teams.

• A data-driven mindset, comfortable defining success metrics and utilizing analytics.

• Sound judgment and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.

• Familiarity with HIPAA, SOC 2, and healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7 and FHIR.

• Experience with employer benefits, health plans, or B2B2C healthcare models.

• Knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence, Notion, Figma, and product analytics platforms.
