This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take full ownership of the in-app brand safety review and workflow process from start to finish.
• Streamline the transition from AI-flagged content to assured human decisions.
• Establish AI classification severity levels, categories, thresholds, review statuses, and handling of false positives.
• Collaborate with data science on multimodal AI classification encompassing audio, video, images, and text.
• Ensure that safety flags are both explainable and auditable.
• Manage compliance product areas, which include sponsorship and advertisement disclosure, music licensing and rights clearance, legal drinking age regulations, GDPR, and regional privacy mandates.
• Work alongside Legal, Trust & Safety, and regional compliance partners to address regulatory updates.
• Collaborate with engineering on API contracts, webhook payloads, data models, and customer integrations.
• Partner with go-to-market teams to refine positioning, packaging, and enablement strategies.
• 4+ years of experience in product management or equivalent technical product ownership within B2B SaaS.
• Capability to differentiate between high-quality user experiences and subpar AI-generated experiences.
• Strong critical thinking and independent reasoning abilities.
• Skill in translating regulatory or licensing requirements into actionable workflows and documenting them clearly.
• Knowledge of AI classification pipelines, inference, confidence thresholds, false positives, false negatives, and human review processes.
• Acquaintance with API contracts, webhooks, and role-based access controls.
• Experience in collaborating with distributed teams and engaging in flexible, predominantly asynchronous teamwork.
• Nice to have: experience in trust and safety, content moderation, risk scoring, or compliance tools.
• Nice to have: experience with multimodal AI, content classification, or machine learning evaluation workflows.
• Nice to have: familiarity with FTC disclosure guidelines, music/content licensing, alcohol promotion regulations, GDPR, CCPA, or related privacy laws.
• Nice to have: experience with customer-facing APIs, webhooks, or enterprise integrations.
