This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Oversee the strategy, roadmap, and implementation of Centene's Common Core platform portfolio.
• Set enterprise integration standards, establish standardized data models, develop event-driven architectures, enhance observability capabilities, and create reusable platform services.
• Accelerate system modernization, enhance traceability and reconciliation, simplify integration complexity, and facilitate platform consolidation and enterprise transformation.
• Create and uphold an enterprise-wide product vision that aligns with corporate strategy.
• Define multi-year transformation roadmaps encompassing interconnected products, experiences, and capabilities.
• Prioritize investments that optimize enterprise value and strategic differentiation.
• Foster alignment across business units, markets, and corporate functions.
• Develop business cases and value realization strategies for transformational initiatives.
• Implement enterprise product management standards throughout the product lifecycle.
• Manage the integrated dependency map and sequencing across products, initiatives, lines of business, data capabilities, platforms, and enterprise architecture.
• Lead the redesign of enterprise capabilities through the integration of People, Process, Technology, Data, Governance, and Performance management.
• Chair cross-functional governance forums and address competing priorities.
• Collaborate with technology teams to establish and maintain integrated delivery roadmaps.
• Hold business and technology partners accountable for execution, quality, dependencies, and business outcomes.
• Maintain accountability during stabilization, optimization, support-model readiness, lifecycle management, and value realization.
• Act as the accountable business counterpart to Tech Product Owners and technology delivery leaders.
• Convert strategy, user needs, operational requirements, and regulatory obligations into prioritized product requirements and business acceptance criteria.
• Lead efforts in enterprise adoption and operational readiness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• Over 10 years of experience in leading large-scale transformation initiatives and enterprise product management.
• Equivalent experience may be considered through applicable knowledge, duties, scope, and skills reflective of the level of this position.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
