This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Provide consulting services to community banks and credit unions regarding their comprehensive wealth management operations, encompassing retail, trust, and RIA.
• Engage in large-scale sales opportunities and guide prospects through the due diligence phase.
• Oversee coordination and execution in collaboration with program management and internal teams.
• Cultivate, nurture, and finalize a strong pipeline of both self-sourced and warm opportunities.
• Implement a consultative B2B sales approach to foster growth in the institutional sector across TPM/BD, trust, and unified wealth solutions.
• Monitor opportunities and activities using Salesforce, Outlook, and various other tools.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape within TPM/BD and the trust market.
• Work together with internal business partners to devise and develop effective solutions.
• Focus daily tasks on the most promising opportunities for maximum gain.
• Incorporate feedback from clients, partners, and prospects to refine offerings.
• Leverage market data to pinpoint opportunities, influence capability development, and guide marketing initiatives.
• Over 8 years of substantial experience in the wealth management sector.
• High degree of expertise in the banking, credit union, and/or trust domains.
• Willingness to travel as required (approximately 25-50%).
• Polished presentation abilities and a proven track record of selling to C-Suite executives of banks, credit unions, or comparable organizations.
• Knowledge of business considerations related to retail wealth management, retail banking, advisory businesses, and trust services, including regulatory compliance, technology, and service experience.
• Strong proficiency in the MS Office suite and Salesforce.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Capacity to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to navigate and close intricate B2B sales opportunities.
• Familiarity with the LPL Financial value proposition for financial institutions and core technology.
• Understanding of contracting processes with financial institutions.
• Insight into the distinctions between banks and credit unions.
• Established network of senior wealth leaders or executives within community bank and credit union markets.
