This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.
• Develop and enhance an enterprise pipeline by cultivating C-suite relationships within both new and existing health-system accounts.
• Ensure pipeline coverage of three to four times the quota.
• Manage intricate, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from initial outreach to negotiation and finalization of master service agreements and multiyear contracts.
• Identify and promote opportunities within CHG’s Physician Solutions portfolio.
• Collaborate with Product Sales Specialists and Advisory Services experts to create integrated solutions.
• Engage with health-system CEOs, COOs, CFOs, CNOs, and CTOs as a trusted peer.
• Organize strategic executive-to-executive interactions with CHG leaders.
• Keep precise records of opportunities, activities, and pipeline status in Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Report directly to the SVP of Enterprise Client Solutions.
• Possess executive presence and the capability to establish credibility, influence decisions, and communicate consultatively with health-system executives and board-level stakeholders.
• Extensive understanding of health-system operations, workforce dynamics, clinical staffing economics, and the pressures of executive decision-making.
• Proven ability to create relationships and independently steer complex, multi-solution enterprise sales cycles lasting from six to 18 months or longer.
• Strong commercial and financial insight, including knowledge of pricing structures, contract frameworks, negotiation, and return-on-investment modeling.
• Competitive and self-motivated approach with a sense of urgency, resilience, sound strategic judgment, and accountability for securing new enterprise contracts.
• A minimum of ten years of progressively responsible experience in enterprise sales or business development.
• Demonstrated proficiency in selling complex solutions to large healthcare organizations and engaging C-suite decision-makers.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, sales, marketing, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• Experience in selling intricate healthcare solutions, including managed services, workforce management platforms, technology-enabled services, or strategic consulting.
• Familiarity with health-system vendor governance, workforce utilization modeling, contracting, and program implementation.
• Proven track record of expanding relationships across various business units or service lines and selling an integrated portfolio.
• Experience in strengthening and maintaining enterprise relationships after contract execution.
• Background in collaborating with Account Management teams to facilitate post-close transitions and client handoffs.
