This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of market demand and conversion, ensuring satisfaction while acting as the voice of the Admissions extended network.

• Lead Ground Enrollment Teams and provide guidance to the SVP of Operations and executive leaders regarding customer and growth goals.

• Develop and manage policies, procedures, and training to guarantee compliance of the Admissions Process Overview (APO) with federal, state, and local regulations and accrediting standards.

• Integrate and improve Admissions with Student Financial Services and/or Financial Aid workflows.

• Reduce "Not Packaged" files and decrease time-to-ISIR completion while ensuring prompt and accurate financial readiness.

• Collaborate with Marketing and external agencies to assess lead quality and lead-to-enrollment outcomes.

• Enhance follow-up strategies across campaigns and channels to optimize demand capture and conversion rates.

• Oversee daily operations, processes, metrics, and departmental budgets in line with the annual operating plan.

• Recruit, train, develop, and manage a high-performing team.

• Cultivate a metrics-, customer-, and market-driven culture.

• Collaborate with Operations and Leadership Team members to refine and enhance the Admissions Process Overview.

• Facilitate the implementation of new programs and encourage ongoing process improvements.

• Work alongside the Leadership Team to represent the customer perspective in discussions about company, technology, and product strategy.

• Suggest platform modifications and enhancements.

• Coordinate with ground campus teams and leaders to identify market opportunities and support methodologies.

• Provide growth-related reports and internal data to the SVP of Operations and the Operations Team.

• Create reporting tools and dashboards as necessary.

• Prioritize market objectives to drive demand, expand market share, and funnel new student enrollment to established campuses.

• Recruit, train, and mentor members of the Extended Leadership Team.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as needed.

• Travel up to 50% or as required by business needs.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field is required, or at least 5 years of relevant industry experience, including 3 years in upper management.

• Exceptional verbal communication skills, especially on the phone, along with strong written communication abilities.

• A persistent, positive attitude and a self-motivated work ethic.

• Mature, collaborative, and positive interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in using applicable school systems, databases, and tools effectively.

• Extensive understanding of industry principles, procedures, and best practices.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Advanced knowledge and proficiency in Google Suite.

• Availability to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays as needed.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage deadlines across multiple concurrent tasks.

• Flexibility and adaptability to changes in the work environment or schedule.

• Effective communication skills, providing a positive and professional impression via phone, email, text, and in person to students and staff from diverse backgrounds.

• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team in a highly structured and regulated setting.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% or as business demands require.

• Physical ability to occasionally stand, walk, sit, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk, hear, taste, or smell.

• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

• Capacity to work for extended periods at a desk and on a computer.
