Volunteer Partnerships Coordinator – Event Venues

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Reach out to designated event venues, such as clubs, nightclubs, art centers, and opera houses.

• Utilize provided standard text, professional presentations, and a dedicated Live Peace email account.

• Manage follow-up communications.

• Assist in meeting preparations and collaborative video calls.

• Keep track of deadlines and status updates.

• Oversee the onboarding process for event venues.

• Aid in the establishment of an international network.

• Help achieve the target of organizing 100 global events for Live Peace 2026.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be reliable and trustworthy.

• Possess a structured and self-motivated working style.

• Ability to closely coordinate with the team.

• Interest in engaging with international projects.

• Proficient command of the English language.

• Strong and relevant CV is required.

• Availability from June to September 2026.

• Commitment of 3–10 hours per week, based on availability.
