Voice Actor, CX Agent Voice Cloning – Spanish, Latin America

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Capture high-quality voice samples across various formats, including conversational, narrative, instructional, and diverse scripts.

• Provide clear, natural, and expressive speech, demonstrating control over tone, pacing, and pronunciation.

• Ensure consistency in voice, accent, and delivery throughout different recording sessions.

• Adhere to recording guidelines regarding environment, microphone setup, and file formatting.

• Execute multiple takes with variations in emotion, emphasis, and style.

• Contribute audio recordings for the training and evaluation of advanced text-to-speech systems.

• Recordings will be utilized solely for the client's internal CX AI Agent and may be replicated for this specific purpose.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a native Latin American Spanish speaker residing in Latin America.

• Possess a neutral, internationally comprehensible Spanish accent without a prominent regional influence.

• Have a clear, natural, and expressive vocal quality.

• Access to a professional or near-professional recording setup, which includes a high-quality microphone, a quiet space, and a pop filter.

• Strong proficiency in intonation, diction, and emotional expression.

• Capability to follow scripts accurately while ensuring a natural delivery.

• Availability for a single recording session lasting approximately 4 hours, with the possibility of additional sessions.

• Must be comfortable with voice cloning technology for the client's CX AI Agent.

• H1-B or STEM OPT candidates cannot be accommodated.

• Preferred: experience in recording for TTS, audiobooks, IVR systems, or AI voice datasets.

• Preferred: familiarity with audio editing software such as Audacity, Adobe Audition, or Reaper.

• Preferred: ability to deliver a variety of vocal styles.
