Voice Actor – CX Agent Voice Cloning, Spanish – Latin America

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Capture high-quality voice samples across a variety of scripts, including conversational, narrative, and instructional.

• Deliver speech that is clear, natural, and expressive, demonstrating control over tone, pacing, and pronunciation.

• Ensure consistency in voice, accent, and delivery throughout recording sessions.

• Adhere to detailed recording guidelines that address the recording environment, microphone setup, and file formatting.

• Execute multiple takes with variations in emotion, emphasis, and style when necessary.

• Provide voice recordings exclusively for the client’s internal CX AI Agent.

• Contribute recordings for the training and evaluation of next-generation text-to-speech systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a native Latin American Spanish speaker residing in Latin America.

• Capable of speaking neutral, internationally intelligible Spanish without a pronounced regional accent.

• Possess a clear, natural, and expressive voice.

• Have access to a professional or near-professional recording setup, including a quality microphone, quiet environment, and pop filter.

• Strong grasp of intonation, diction, and emotional range is essential.

• Ability to follow scripts accurately while maintaining a natural delivery.

• Reliable availability for 5-10 hours per week throughout the project duration.

• Comfortable with voice cloning technology for the client’s CX AI Agent.

• H1-B or STEM OPT candidates are not eligible.

• Preferred: Experience in recording for TTS, audiobooks, IVR systems, or AI voice datasets.

• Preferred: Familiarity with audio editing software such as Audacity, Adobe Audition, or Reaper.

• Preferred: Ability to deliver a variety of vocal styles, including conversational, corporate, energetic, and calm.
