Voice Actor – CX Agent Voice Cloning, Spanish – Latin America

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Capture high-quality voice samples across various scripts, including conversational, narrative, and instructional formats.

• Provide clear, natural, and expressive speech while demonstrating control over tone, pacing, and pronunciation.

• Ensure consistency in voice, accent, and delivery throughout different recording sessions.

• Adhere to recording guidelines regarding the environment, microphone setup, and file formats.

• Execute multiple takes with variations in emotion, emphasis, and style when necessary.

• Contribute recordings for the training and assessment of text-to-speech systems.

• Recordings will be exclusively utilized for the client's internal CX AI Agent and will not be sold, licensed, or reused for other products, datasets, or purposes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native Latin American Spanish speaker currently residing in Latin America.

• Ability to articulate neutral, internationally comprehensible Spanish without a strong regional accent.

• Possess a clear, natural, and expressive voice.

• Access to a professional or nearly professional recording setup, including a quality microphone, a quiet environment, and a pop filter.

• Strong proficiency in intonation, diction, and emotional range.

• Capable of following scripts accurately while ensuring a natural delivery.

• Reliable availability for 5–10 hours per week throughout the project's duration.

• Comfortable with voice cloning for the client's CX AI Agent.

• Must hold independent contractor status.

• Must not require H1-B or STEM OPT sponsorship.

• Experience in recording for TTS, audiobooks, IVR systems, or AI voice datasets is preferred.

• Familiarity with Audacity, Adobe Audition, or Reaper is preferred.

• Ability to deliver a variety of vocal styles is preferred.
