Voice Actor – CX Agent Voice Cloning, Spanish – Latin America

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Capture high-quality voice samples across a variety of scripts, including conversational, narrative, instructional, and more.

• Provide clear, natural, and expressive speech, demonstrating control over tone, pacing, and pronunciation.

• Ensure consistency in voice, accent, and delivery throughout recording sessions.

• Adhere to comprehensive recording guidelines that detail environment, microphone setup, and file formatting.

• Execute multiple takes with variations in emotion, emphasis, and style as necessary.

• Contribute voice recordings for the training and evaluation of advanced text-to-speech systems.

• Recordings will be utilized exclusively for the client's internal CX AI Agent and may be replicated for that purpose.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a native Latin American Spanish speaker currently residing in Latin America.

• Ability to communicate in neutral, internationally intelligible Spanish without a pronounced regional accent.

• Possess a clear, natural, and expressive voice.

• Have access to a professional or near-professional recording setup, which includes a quality microphone, quiet environment, and pop filter.

• Exhibit a strong command of intonation, diction, and emotional range.

• Capable of following scripts accurately while maintaining a natural delivery.

• Must have reliable availability for 5–10 hours per week throughout the project duration.

• Comfortable with voice cloning for the client's CX AI Agent.

• Note: H1-B and STEM OPT candidates cannot be accommodated.

• Preferred: experience in recording for TTS, audiobooks, IVR systems, or AI voice datasets.

• Preferred: familiarity with audio editing software such as Audacity, Adobe Audition, or Reaper.

• Preferred: ability to produce multiple vocal styles, including conversational, corporate, energetic, and calm.
