This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate directly with a prominent AI laboratory to enhance its AI model's capacity to manage and generate audio data.

• Record audio submissions in accordance with the provided transcripts.

• Edit transcripts or recordings as necessary to ensure a natural flow and pacing.

• Engage in a short-term project expected to last approximately 1–2 weeks.

• Participate in a kickoff call.

• Work alongside top researchers on AI training and improvement initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Professional experience in voice acting is highly preferred but not mandatory.

• Experience in speaking or audio production through music, television, podcasts, Twitch streaming, comedy, YouTube, radio, or similar fields is welcomed.

• Candidates must be born and raised in the United States.

• Must be a native English speaker.

• Possess the ability to communicate in a "customer service" voice with a neutral to upbeat tone, clear enunciation, and steady pacing.

• Strong attention to punctuation, commas, and dashes.

• Capability to record transcripts verbatim or modify them for more natural pacing.

• A professional audio recording setup is required, including a home studio with a high-quality microphone, soundproofing, audio interface, pop filter, and post-production editing software.

• Availability to commit 2–10 hours per week for the project's duration.

• Must be available for a kickoff call.

• Independent contractor status is required.

• H-1B and STEM OPT candidates are not eligible.
