VMO Financial Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Administer a database containing essential contract details.

• Oversee the schedule of upcoming contract milestones, such as renewals, notification periods, and other sourcing activities.

• Assess and maintain documentation of incidents in relation to contractual SLAs and security incident response times.

• Gather, analyze, and compile vital contract information to assist the VMO and key stakeholders.

• Supervise contract timelines, monitor SLAs, and comprehend usage to maximize value.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master's or MBA is preferred.

• 5-8 years of experience in sourcing or IT project management.

• Demonstrated ability to manage global projects and maintain business relationships.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Understanding of cost savings and value determinants within Global IT hardware and software.

• Familiarity with sourcing and procurement processes.

• Proven capability to establish and meet deadlines while managing associated risks.

• Strong situational leadership skills and instincts.

• Ability to collaborate with culturally and geographically diverse groups.

• Capability to work effectively within a virtual team.
