Financial Consultant – Structured Credit and Corporate Relationship Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Generate, assess, and oversee corporate transactions related to structured credit, securitization, and liquidity solutions directly with end borrowers and decision-makers.

• Recognize working capital and corporate debt financing needs for companies with annual revenues exceeding BRL 15 million.

• Analyze projects and financing requirements.

• Ensure ongoing origination, with a benchmark goal of securing two structured contracts weekly.

• Collaborate with credit desks and investment committees to confirm proposals.

• Cater to mid-sized and large enterprises, especially within the industrial sector.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven active portfolio and direct, verifiable connections with C-level executives, CFOs, finance directors, and shareholders of mid-sized and large firms with annual revenues over BRL 15 million.

• Practical expertise in credit structures, FIDCs, asset management firms, private funds, and institutional/federal funding programs such as BNDES and similar organizations.

• Proficient understanding of financial statements, credit theses, valuation, and financial engineering.

• Capable of interpreting complex projects along with working capital and corporate debt needs.

• Demonstrates proactivity, commercial insight, results-driven approach, operational discipline, and strong negotiation and closing abilities.

• Extensive senior commercial experience serving mid-sized and large companies (Middle Market and Large Corporate), with an active portfolio and established relationships in the industrial industry.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
