Financial Consultant – Structured Credit, Corporate Relationship Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Initiate, assess, and oversee corporate transactions related to structured credit, securitization, and liquidity solutions, collaborating closely with end borrowers and decision-makers.

• Determine working capital and corporate debt needs for companies generating annual revenues over R$15 million.

• Analyze projects and their financing requirements.

• Sustain ongoing origination efforts, targeting a benchmark of two structured contracts each week.

• Coordinate with credit desks and investment committees to confirm proposal validity.

• Engage in the agribusiness sector and cultivate corporate relationships.

⛳️ Requirements

• A well-established and active client portfolio, along with direct and demonstrable connections with C-level executives, CFOs, and shareholders of medium to large enterprises with annual revenues exceeding R$15 million.

• Hands-on experience with credit structures, FIDCs, asset management, private funds, and institutional or federal funding sources such as BNDES and similar organizations.

• Proficiency in financial statements, credit theses, valuation, and financial engineering.

• Capability to interpret intricate projects and assess working capital and corporate debt necessities.

• Demonstrated proactivity, commercial insight, results-driven approach, operational discipline, and robust negotiation and closing abilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness or Business Administration.

• Significant senior commercial experience working with middle-market and large corporate clients, possessing an active portfolio and established ties in agribusiness.

• Preferred professional experience: less than one year.
