Virtual Talent Acquisition Partner Consultant – Technical

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, from identifying and sourcing talent to negotiating offers and facilitating onboarding.

• Identify, engage, and recruit technical professionals such as Data Scientists, Software Engineers, Engineering Managers, Senior Engineering Leaders, and other specialized roles.

• Develop robust talent pipelines for intricate technical positions.

• Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to devise and implement effective recruiting strategies.

• Articulate technical sourcing strategies, methodologies, and hiring approaches clearly.

• Offer consultative market insights and ensure alignment of talent strategies with job requirements.

• Provide an outstanding experience for candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in technical recruiting.

• Strong emphasis on Front End, Back End, Full Stack, Data, and similar technical roles.

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, which includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, managing offers, and supporting onboarding.

• Expertise in strategic sourcing utilizing advanced technical sourcing tools, job boards, social media platforms, and networking techniques.

• Ability to communicate technical sourcing strategies, methodologies, and hiring approaches to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Capacity to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and cross-functional teams.

• Knowledge of technical skill sets, job functions, and industry trends.

• Proficient in effectively evaluating candidate qualifications.

• Exceptional communication, organizational, and time-management abilities.

• Skilled in managing multiple job requisitions in a dynamic environment.
