📋 Description

• Take charge of the recruitment process from beginning to end.

• Collaborate with leadership to identify hiring requirements.

• Develop innovative sourcing strategies.

• Ensure that every candidate enjoys a positive and engaging experience.

• Oversee full-cycle recruitment, focusing on clinical and challenging-to-fill positions.

• Work closely with hiring managers and leaders on hiring requirements, timelines, and strategies.

• Create and sustain a pool of qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, networking, and direct outreach.

• Deliver clear, timely, and consistent communication to candidates and stakeholders.

• Utilize data and market insights to guide hiring decisions and enhance recruitment strategies.

• Keep accurate and compliant candidate records in ATS/CRM systems.

• Contribute to scalable, efficient process improvements that boost candidate engagement.

• For senior-level positions, lead complex searches, influence leadership decision-making, and mentor team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Talent Acquisition Partner: Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including in healthcare or clinical roles.

• Senior Talent Acquisition Partner: At least 6 years of recruitment experience with an emphasis on clinical recruitment and a proven ability to lead strategic initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred; a combination of education and experience will also be taken into account.

• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation abilities.

• Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment tools (experience with Greenhouse is a plus).

• Capacity to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting with professionalism and discretion.

• Must reside in the United States.

• Preference for candidates in the Pacific Time Zone.
