Talent Partner, Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Manage all stages of recruitment, which includes screening candidates, conducting interviews, overseeing candidate communication, ensuring an accurate pipeline, and guiding candidates through the hiring process

• Advocate for an exceptional candidate experience by ensuring individuals feel informed, respected, valued, and cared for throughout their journey

• Enhance candidate interactions, such as emails, interviews, instructions, surveys, resources, and feedback mechanisms

• Leverage recruiting data and candidate insights to pinpoint areas of friction, identify bottlenecks, and uncover opportunities for enhancement

• Implement AI and automation to remove repetitive tasks and enhance workflow consistency

• Challenge current processes, contribute ideas, test new methods, and take responsibility for improvements

• Oversee the entire recruitment process and support high-volume hiring efforts

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in a role where you directly influenced the experience of candidates, employees, customers, or other stakeholders

• Proficient in English at a C1+ level

• Strong, clear, and engaging communication skills, both written and verbal

• A curious mindset and a willingness to explore AI and automation, along with a commitment to self-learning new technologies

• Openness to sharing insights, testing new strategies, learning from setbacks, and translating ideas into actionable improvements

• Capability to prioritize tasks, resolve issues, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

• Comfortable working remotely and proficient in using Notion, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, ATS platforms, and automation tools

• Minimum of two years in one of the last three positions held
