This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Achieve and surpass sales objectives for the designated territory.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with assigned healthcare providers and their support teams.
• Share insights regarding the client's neurology and obstructive sleep apnea products.
• Provide education to customers on pertinent patient educational resources and programs.
• Complete extensive product training to acquire thorough knowledge of the disease state, product features, benefits, and key selling messages.
• Communicate core selling messages for the products being promoted.
• Meet or exceed expectations for calls and sales performance.
• Accurately generate sample and literature requests while following up on product shipments.
• Keep detailed records of targeted customer interactions, product discussions, and literature requests in the database.
• Offer constructive feedback and suggestions to team leadership.
• Work autonomously from a home office environment.
• Develop the assigned virtual territory and maintain accountability for measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with the field specialty team to ensure product availability for patients.
• Assist in pre-launch and launch strategies by adapting to evolving responsibilities.
• Deliver unbranded educational presentations and materials while providing field insights.
• Arrange future onsite meetings, identify suitable patient types and workflows, and share updates on launches.
• Implement post-launch call plan objectives and broaden outreach to high-priority healthcare provider targets.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or equivalent experience is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in HCP-facing pharmaceutical sales, including virtual engagement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to learn new software as necessary; experience with Veeva CRM is a plus.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Capability to articulate complex clinical information effectively.
• Strong and convincing communication skills.
• Confidence and aptitude to engage with physicians and various levels of medical office personnel.
• Reliable internet connection sufficient for VoIP calls and virtual call platforms.
• Strong analytical and organizational capabilities.
• Compliance with company policies, the Prescription Drug Marketing Act (PDMA), and other regulatory guidelines.
