This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Achieve and surpass designated sales targets within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with designated healthcare providers and their support teams.
• Convey information regarding the client's neurology and obstructive sleep apnea products.
• Educate clients on pertinent patient educational materials and programs.
• Complete advanced product training to gain in-depth knowledge of disease states and products.
• Communicate core selling messages for the products being promoted.
• Meet or exceed expectations for calls and sales achievements.
• Accurately generate sample and literature requests while following up on product shipments.
• Maintain detailed database records for targeted customer calls, product discussions, and literature requests.
• Offer feedback and suggestions for team enhancements.
• Comply with company policies, PDMA regulations, and other compliance standards.
• Develop the assigned virtual territory and be accountable for measurable performance outcomes.
• Work in collaboration with the field specialty team to guarantee product availability for patients.
• Assist in pre-launch and launch strategies through evolving responsibilities.
• Conduct unbranded educational presentations and provide field insights.
• Engage with healthcare providers, arrange future onsite meetings, identify patient types and workflows, and share updates on launches.
• Implement post-launch call plan objectives and broaden outreach to high-priority healthcare provider targets.
• Show a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Execute other assigned tasks as required.
• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales with healthcare providers, including virtual engagement.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Capability to learn new software as required.
• Experience with Veeva CRM is advantageous.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Skilled in articulating complex clinical data effectively.
• Solid and persuasive communication skills.
• Confidence and aptitude to engage with physicians and all levels of medical office personnel.
• Reliable internet connection sufficient for supporting VoIP calls and virtual platforms.
