This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Achieve and surpass designated sales targets within the assigned territory.
• Build and nurture professional relationships with designated healthcare providers and their support teams.
• Convey information regarding the client's neurology and obstructive sleep apnea products.
• Educate clients on pertinent patient educational resources and programs.
• Complete advanced product training and acquire thorough knowledge of the disease state and product offerings.
• Present core selling messages for assigned promoted products.
• Meet or exceed expectations for call volume and sales performance goals.
• Accurately generate sample and literature requests and follow up on product deliveries.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, product discussions, and literature requests in the database.
• Provide insights and recommendations to team leadership.
• Operate independently from a remote home office environment.
• Develop the assigned virtual territory and remain accountable for quantifiable results.
• Collaborate with the field specialty team to ensure product availability for patients.
• Assist in pre-launch and launch strategies by adapting to evolving responsibilities.
• Present unbranded educational materials and insights from the field.
• Engage healthcare professionals, arrange future onsite meetings, identify patient demographics and workflows, and communicate launch updates.
• Implement post-launch call-plan objectives and broaden outreach to high-priority healthcare provider targets.
• Show dedication to diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HCP-facing pharmaceutical sales, including virtual engagement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Capability to quickly learn new software as required; experience with Veeva CRM is advantageous.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Skill in articulating complex clinical information clearly.
• Strong and persuasive communication skills.
• Confidence and aptitude to engage with physicians and all levels of medical office personnel.
• Reliable internet connection sufficient for VoIP calls and virtual meeting platforms.
• Strong analytical and organizational capabilities.
