This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Achieve and surpass sales objectives within the designated territory.
• Build and nurture professional relationships with assigned healthcare providers and their support teams.
• Convey information regarding the client’s neurology and obstructive sleep apnea products.
• Educate customers about pertinent patient educational resources and programs.
• Complete in-depth product training to enhance understanding of disease states, product features, advantages, and sales messaging.
• Deliver essential sales messaging for the products being promoted.
• Meet or exceed expectations for calls and sales performance.
• Accurately generate sample and literature requests and follow up on product deliveries.
• Maintain database records for targeted customer interactions, product discussions, and literature requests.
• Provide constructive feedback and suggestions to team leadership.
• Comply with company policies, PDMA guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Operate independently from a remote home office.
• Foster the assigned virtual territory while being accountable for measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with the field specialty team to ensure product availability for patients.
• Support the pre-launch and launch strategy through evolving responsibilities.
• Present unbranded educational content and materials while providing insights from the field.
• Arrange future onsite meetings, identify suitable patient types and workflows, and communicate launch updates.
• Implement post-launch call-plan objectives and broaden outreach to high-priority healthcare provider targets.
• Show commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of 2 years of healthcare provider-facing pharmaceutical sales experience, including virtual engagement.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Capability to learn new software as necessary.
• Experience with Veeva CRM is a plus.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to explain complex clinical data clearly.
• Strong and persuasive communication skills.
• Confidence and aptitude to engage with physicians and all levels of medical office staff.
• Reliable internet connection sufficient for VoIP calls and virtual meeting platforms.
