This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Achieve and surpass designated sales targets within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with designated healthcare providers and their support teams.
• Convey information regarding the client’s neurology and obstructive sleep apnea products.
• Educate clients on pertinent patient education materials and programs.
• Complete advanced product training to gain a thorough understanding of the disease state, product features, benefits, and essential selling messages.
• Present core selling messages for the products being promoted.
• Meet or exceed expectations for call volume and sales goals.
• Accurately process sample and literature requests and follow up on product deliveries.
• Maintain a database for targeted customer interactions, product discussions, and literature requests.
• Offer constructive feedback and recommendations to team leadership.
• Adhere to company, PDMA, compliance, and regulatory guidelines.
• Operate independently from a remote home office.
• Develop the assigned virtual territory and achieve measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with the field specialty team to ensure product access for patients.
• Assist with pre-launch and launch strategies through evolving responsibilities.
• Deliver unbranded educational presentations and materials while providing insights from the field.
• Schedule future onsite meetings, identify suitable patient types and workflows, and communicate launch updates.
• Implement post-launch call-plan objectives and broaden outreach to high-priority healthcare provider targets.
• Show a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Perform additional assigned tasks.
• A four-year Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in HCP-facing pharmaceutical sales, including virtual engagement.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Capability to learn new software as necessary; experience with Veeva CRM is advantageous.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to articulate complex clinical information effectively.
• Persuasive communication skills.
• Confidence and aptitude for conversing with physicians and medical office personnel at all levels.
• Reliable internet connection sufficient for voice-over-VoIP calls and virtual meeting platforms.
