This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Achieve and surpass sales targets within the designated territory.
• Develop and nurture professional relationships with assigned healthcare providers and their support teams.
• Provide detailed information regarding the client's neurology and obstructive sleep apnea products.
• Educate customers on pertinent patient educational materials and programs.
• Complete advanced training on products and acquire extensive knowledge about disease states and product details.
• Communicate key selling messages for the promoted products.
• Meet or exceed expectations for calls and sales performance objectives.
• Accurately generate requests for samples and literature while ensuring follow-up on product shipments.
• Maintain accurate records in the database regarding customer interactions, product discussions, and literature requests.
• Offer feedback and suggestions for team leadership development opportunities.
• Comply with company policies, including PDMA, compliance, and regulatory standards.
• Cultivate the assigned virtual territory to achieve measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with the field specialty team to guarantee product availability for patients.
• Assist in pre-launch and launch strategies by adapting responsibilities as needed.
• Present unbranded educational materials and insights from the field.
• Engage healthcare providers, arrange future onsite meetings, identify patient types and workflows, and communicate launch updates.
• Implement post-launch call-plan objectives and broaden outreach to key high-priority healthcare provider targets.
• Show a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.
• A four-year Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or equivalent experience is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in HCP-facing pharmaceutical sales, including virtual engagement.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Capability to learn new software tools as necessary.
• Experience with Veeva CRM is an advantage.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to clearly articulate complex clinical information.
• Strong and persuasive communication abilities.
• Confidence in engaging with physicians and all levels of medical office personnel.
• Stable internet connection sufficient to support VoIP calls and virtual meeting platforms.
