This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Promote and sell pharmaceutical products through teleconferences and/or telephone calls to specific healthcare offices and providers.
• Deliver essential selling messages, materials, and samples during virtual engagements.
• Foster positive virtual selling experiences and enhance market growth for client offerings.
• Develop existing office targets and establish new relationships with healthcare providers.
• Articulate product features and benefits while addressing inquiries and concerns to boost sales.
• Advocate for Tavalisse (fostamatinib disodium hexahydrate) tablets aimed at chronic immune thrombocytopenia.
• Clearly convey product features, advantages, and clinical data to healthcare professionals, office personnel, and administrators, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
• Customize messaging based on customer needs and concerns.
• Maintain knowledge in therapeutic areas, clinical data, and the competitive landscape.
• Build and nurture relationships with healthcare professionals, office staff, and administrators.
• Oversee personal communications and engagements with customers.
• Utilize Teams, Zoom, and phone calls to establish credibility and trust.
• Adjust engagement strategies according to customer preferences and schedules.
• Meet or surpass sales targets and promote product adoption within designated territories.
• Collaborate with team members on strategies and best practices.
• Employ CRM tools to monitor interactions, manage schedules, and document insights.
• Analyze data to spot trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to sales and marketing teams.
• Comply with industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.
• Engage in training, team meetings, and development programs.
• Deliver timely, high-quality responses to customer inquiries.
• Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and execution metrics.
• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from an accredited institution.
• At least 18 months of experience in sales as a virtual representative.
• Experience in pharmaceutical oncology is preferred.
• Ability to work independently while staying aligned with strategy, tactics, and direction.
• Strong organizational capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically.
• High integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with healthcare professionals and administrators.
• Capacity to learn complex medical topics, industry compliance standards, patient assistance programs, as well as pharmacy and insurance landscapes.
• Technical proficiency and digital literacy.
• Willingness to work 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday.
