This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Achieve and surpass sales objectives for the designated territory.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with assigned healthcare providers and their support teams.
• Convey information regarding the client’s neurology and epilepsy products.
• Inform customers about relevant educational materials and programs for patients.
• Complete in-depth product training to develop thorough knowledge of disease states and products.
• Deliver key sales messages for the promoted products.
• Meet or surpass call expectations and sales performance targets.
• Accurately process requests for samples and literature.
• Follow up on product shipments and conduct investigations as necessary.
• Maintain records for targeted customer calls, product discussions, and literature requests.
• Provide insights and recommendations to team leadership.
• Adhere to company policies, PDMA guidelines, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Operate independently from a remote home office.
• Nurture the assigned virtual territory to achieve measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with the field specialty team to ensure product availability for patients.
• Strive toward volume, metrics, and outcome-driven compensation objectives.
• Exhibit inclusive behaviors and actively manage biases.
• Undertake additional assigned tasks as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.
• Over 2 years of experience in an outbound Virtual Sales position.
• Background in Neurology is advantageous.
• Experience with REMS (Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategy) is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Capability to learn new software as required.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to articulate complex clinical information effectively.
• Strong and persuasive communication abilities.
• Confidence to engage with physicians and various levels of medical office personnel.
• Reliable internet connection sufficient for VoIP calls and virtual communication platforms.
• Familiarity with CRM applications is preferred.
• Occasional travel may be necessary.
