
Senior Technical Sales Manager – Power Stability

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Work alongside the Sales Manager during customer meetings to showcase and advocate for Power Stability, Grid Utilities, and Flexibility solutions.
• Offer technical assistance to customers in North America.
• Evaluate and clarify customer needs and challenges.
• Assist customers in precisely articulating their requirements.
• Support Application Engineers by providing technical insights during the proposal and quotation processes.
• Contribute to the development of tailored solutions that include Synchronous Condensers, STATCOM, and Battery systems.
• Ensure that solutions meet both regional standards and specific customer requirements.
• Monitor trends in grid stability, power electronics, and rotating machinery within North America.
• Represent technical knowledge at industry events, workshops, and seminars.
• Collaborate with internal engineering and product teams to ensure solution roadmaps align with market needs.
• Emphasize safety, quality, and customer satisfaction in all technical recommendations.
• Provide on-the-ground feedback to internal teams for ongoing improvement.
• Lead opportunities from initial discovery to final closure through integrated and compliant techno-commercial proposals.
• Master's degree in Electrical/Electronic/Power/Energy Engineering or a related discipline.
• Over 8 years of experience in technical sales, sales engineering, or customer-facing roles in the energy, grid, or power equipment sectors.
• Demonstrated capability to lead technical solutions for complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities.
• In-depth technical knowledge of rotating machines, including generators and motors.
• Strong technical expertise in power electronics, specifically inverters and converters.
• Comprehensive understanding of grid systems and power stability solutions, including synchronous condensers, STATCOMs, and BESS.
• Ability to convey complex concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent commercial judgment and presentation skills.
