This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Achieve and surpass the sales targets set for your designated territory.
• Build collaborative relationships with Health Care Providers and Support Staff within your assigned area.
• Relay information regarding the client's neurology and epilepsy products.
• Provide education to customers on pertinent patient educational resources and programs.
• Complete the necessary product training and develop an in-depth understanding of disease states and product knowledge.
• Convey essential selling messages for the products you are responsible for promoting.
• Meet or exceed expectations for calls and sales performance targets.
• Accurately generate requests for samples and literature, ensuring timely follow-up on product shipments.
• Keep detailed records of targeted customer interactions, product discussions, and literature requests in the database.
• Offer feedback and suggestions regarding team leadership and areas for improvement.
• Adhere to company policies, PDMA standards, compliance, and regulatory guidelines.
• Operate independently from a remote home office environment.
• Nurture your assigned virtual territory and take responsibility for measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with the field specialty team to guarantee product availability for patients.
• Compensation is based on overall volume, metrics, and outcomes.

• Perform additional duties as required.
• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of sales experience in an outbound Virtual Sales capacity.
• Experience in the Neurology field is an advantage.
• Familiarity with REMS (Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategy) is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Capable of quickly learning new software as necessary.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to clearly express interest in this specific position.
• Skill in articulating complex clinical data effectively.
• Strong and persuasive communication skills are essential.
• Confidence and aptitude to engage in conversation with physicians and all tiers of medical office personnel.
• A reliable internet connection is necessary to support VoIP calls and virtual calling platforms.
• Experience with CRM applications is preferred.
