This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Oversee a team of Direct Sales Representatives in the designated Florida territory.
• Lead a direct sales team focused on selling specified products and services within a particular geographic area or industry segment.
• Drive self-initiated business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and proactive business development.
• Create revenue, volume, and market share objectives for the assigned team and market region.
• Set and meet sales and budget targets.
• Implement effective marketing strategies for the products and services offered.
• Develop and sustain profitable customer relationships.
• Recognize and track market trends and competitor activities.
• Formulate and manage the annual budget for the designated area.
• Foster relationships with industry associations and community networks.
• Train, inspire, coach, and provide daily leadership to the sales team.
• Travel as necessary.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Generally, eight to ten years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to travel.
• Advanced understanding of sales and sales methodologies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent management and leadership abilities.
• Proven experience in new business development and relationship management.
• Proficient customer service and relations skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of banking products/services, banking operations, and current market trends.
• Capability to make critical decisions independently.
• Must adhere to U.S. Bank policies and procedures, including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, as well as related workplace conduct and safety policies.
• Candidates must meet applicable employment eligibility verification requirements.
